In the interactive workshop session, a focus is placed on creative thinking, innovation challenges as well as aspects of project management by making use of a variety of methods. Within this context, eight methods were further developed or created anew in the EU-funded project TACIT (Teaching Coaching Innovation and Entrepreneurship InnovaTively) – among them Design Thinking, Innovation Games and Project-Based Learning.

Together with the participants, exciting aspects of these methods are used in complementation with other interactive elements in order to identify innovation challenges and jointly develop solutions. Another major aspect is to provide tips and recommendations on project management and thereby support the application of such methods in everyday work.
